I have been using Webjet all of my overseas trips in the past 4 years. As a price sensitive person, Webjet was my choice since they provided the most competitive rates for my case everytime I was searching for cheap air tickets.
On top of that, they provide me excellent customer service. I made a terrible mistake years ago when I submitted my home postcode attach to my office’s address. Obviously, no way the air ticket could reach me caused by the wrong address. The customer team gave me speedy and excellent service in locating my air ticket and resent it to me. I also have to acknowledge their speedy service as the customer team got everything arranged within an hour. Furthermore, all communications were conducted via e-mails on one Saturday.Â
